What we collect
When you send a request: your name, phone number, the property ZIP code, what happened and when, and anything you choose to add, such as email, insurance status or notes. We also record the page you sent it from, how you found the site (referring site and campaign tags), and a one-way scrambled version of your IP address that we use only to block spam.
The site uses privacy-friendly page analytics that don't use cookies or identify you.
How we use it
- To call or text you about your request.
- To share your request with the licensed restoration contractor we line up for you, so they can contact you and do the work.
- To keep records of requests and improve the site.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal information or share it with marketers. We share it only with the contractor working on your request and with service providers that host our website and database.
How long we keep it
We keep request records for up to three years for business and legal records, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to stop contacting you, or to see, correct or delete your information. Tell us on the phone or reply to any text from us.
Children
This site is for adults dealing with property damage. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date above.
